We will not accept returns on
sale items, watches, jewelry, monogrammed items or any used items.
If merchandise is found to be defective in workmanship or material,
a Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be
requested within 7 days after receipt of merchandise.
Write RAN number on the outside of the return package. Customer will
pay for return shipping charges to the company. We do not
refund any shipping charges.
The defective merchandise will then be:
(1) First: Repaired
(2) Second: Replaced with same item only.
If incorrect item was sent, then a replacement will be made for the
correct item. Incorrect items must be returned in excellent,
brand new and unused condition.
If out of stock:
(3) Third: Company Credit
will be issued at our discretion.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
